A weekend afternoon shopping trip to Nordstrom at The Westchester Mall turned into a DWI arrest for Michelle Lattire, 50, of Pelham.   She was stopped by city police shortly after noon on Sunday, and was arrested for driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated with a child under 15—two misdemeanors and a felony.   MORE

The president of Hudson Catholic met with students yesterday and choked up as he asked for their forgiveness, four days after he was charged with drunken driving in Jersey City.
The Rev. Warren Hall was involved in a collision Thursday night and kept driving, but he was followed by the driver of the car he struck, sources said. The police were then called and Hall was charged.
