Missouri: Judge imposes 10 year sentence for DUI murder of high school football coach Don Nelson

From Pulaski County Daily:
VIENNA, Mo.  — UPDATE: Judge Robert Schollmeyer rejected the sentencing advisory report of the state board of probation and parole and instead of no prison time, imposes 10 years prison with 85 percent mandatory time served. However, he will review the sentence after Widener spends 4 months in state prison with alcohol treatment.   ….MORE
