The driver of a Nissan was charged with felony DUI after he ran off a Richland County road early Sunday morning and overturned, killing a passenger.
Nathaniel Shiver, 28, was in the Alvin Glenn Detention Center on Sunday afternoon.

A Kendall County judge granted a Romeoville High School coach’s motion to quash a February arrest for drunken driving.  An attorney for the Spartans head football coach Jeff Kuna said Friday that officers did not have probable cause to make the arrest based on the evidence, including the results of a field sobriety test.  …..MORE
