Montana: man busted for 8th time for DUI is a sure bet to make it an even dozen…unless he finally hits that oak tree with his name on it!

A Billings-area man was charged on Thursday with what prosecutors said, if convicted, would be his eighth drunken-driving offense.
Jerry Francis Amyotte, 49, appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court by video from the county jail on felony charges of criminal endangerment and DUI for a Wednesday evening incident in which he’s accused of driving drunk through a construction zone on Interstate 90.
Judge Pedro Hernandez set Amyotte’s bond at $50,000 and ordered him to appear in District Court on June 30. ….MORE
