CAPE MAY COUNTY, N.J. (CBS) — Investigators say a driver was intoxicated when he struck and killed two teenagers in Cape May County Tuesday evening.
Joshua Malmgren is facing several charges including driving while intoxicated for his alleged role in the deadly accident that occurred at about 9:15 p.m. on Bayshore Road in the Green Creek section of Middle Township.
According to investigators, Malmgren was driving in the eastbound lanes of Bayshore Road when he veered into the shoulder and struck two juvenile females.

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A horrible crash in St. Charles killed St. Louis City Alderman Greg Carter, the 27th Ward Alderman.
Now the Missouri Highway Patrol says a pick-up truck driver has been arrested for DWI.
Authorities say Carter was driving a UPS truck that was involved in the crash. It happened at the St. Charles on Highway 370 around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Missouri Highway Patrol spokesperson Al Nothum says the accident happened when a pick-up truck rear-ended a tractor trailer. That tractor trailer driver got out to assess the damage. Then a Fed Ex semi driver stopped to help the first tractor trailer driver.  Another semi also stopped. That’s when investigators believe the UPS truck with Alderman Carter in it slammed into the second semi. He was killed. ….MORE
