Wisconsin: Pedro Arellano racked up 5th DUI charge in Rock County; will he win a FREE COFFIN? He has a chance!

According to Rock County Sheriff’s Office, on 08-13-12 at 11:03pm a Deputy from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pedro Arellano, 31 years of age, from Janesville, WI for felony 5th Offense Operating Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. The Deputy initiated the traffic stop on Arellano, as he was southbound on S. CTH G near Sunny Lane. The Deputy stopped Arellano because the registered owner, of the vehicle he was driving, came back through DOT as not having a valid driver’s license.
The Deputy detected an odor of intoxicants on Arellano’s breath, as he made contact with him. The Deputy conducted field sobriety tests on Arellano, who failed the tests.
Arellano was subsequently arrested for 5th Offense OWI, and issued a citation for Operating After Revocation. Arellano was transported to the Rock County Jail where he was being held for a preliminary appearance in jail court on 08-14-12.

On Saturday 08/04/12 at. 10 :09 a.m., Deputies from the Rock County Sheriffs Office, along with Town of Beloit Fire and EMS were dispatched to the Henderson United Methodist Church in the Town of Beloit for a traffic accident. Upon arrival, EMS found Brian J. Mursa (33), from Janesville behind the wheel of a 1998 Chevy K1500 truck. Mursa was uninjured and there was minor damage to the church. Investigation reveals that Mursa was northbound on Cottage Ave., when he came to a stop at East Henderson Ave. Mursa proceeded into the intersection and drove onto the driveway of the church where he failed to stay on the paved portion of the drive. Mursa struck a support beam located on the southside of the building by the front entrance. Mursa appeared very lethargic and admitted to using heroin prior to the accident. Mursa was subsequently arrested for OWI 4th, possession of heroin (less than onegram) possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating while suspended.
