WAUKEGAN, Ill. (STMW) – A Lake County grand jury approved reckless homicide and aggravated DUI charges Wednesday for the Bartlett man accused of being high on cocaine and under the influence of alcohol when he allegedly ran over a 10-year-old boy with his boat.
David Hatyina, 50, is accused of having a blood-alcohol level between .09 and .128 — above the legal limit of .08 — when Tony Borcia of Libertyville was killed on Petite Lake near Lake Villa on July 28. ….MORE
