California: Zachary Carter scored a big tree at 2:30 am, killed back seat passenger in high-speed booze cruise, charged with DUI

HAYFORK, Calif. -The California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal accident early Thursday morning in Trinity County. The driver Zachary Carter, 29 of Hayfork, was arrested for felony DUI.
The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. on Morgan Hill Road near Genest in Hayfork. The CHP said a 2001 Chevy Silverado was eastbound on Morgan Hill Road traveling between 65-70 miles per hour when it ran off the road and hit a tree. ….MORE
