PARKERSBURG – A Wood County man charged with DUI causing death after a Sunday accident was arraigned Wednesday in Wood County Magistrate Court.
Charles A. McFee, 23, 568 Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned before Magistrate Donna Jackson and is in custody in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
Michael T. Galloway, 23, of Davisville, the passenger in McFee’s car, died Sunday afternoon at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. McFee and Galloway were transported from the scene to Camden Clark Medical Center’s Memorial Campus.  ….MORE

Florida: Alexander Valencia charged with DUI manslaughter

A 26-year-old suburban Lake Worth man is facing DUI manslaughter charges after police say he drove drunk in September and caused an accident in Palm Springs that left one person dead.
Alexander Valencia was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail last night on charges including DUI manslaughter, DUI involving serious bodily injury to another person and DUI involving property damage.
This morning Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge Ted Booras ordered Valencia be held in the jail in lieu of more than $60,000 bail. If he posts that bond, he will be released under supervision and will surrender his passport. …MORE

California: Gabriel Rodriquez killed by Andrey Yushchuck who cops say was drunk in head-on crash

A Live Oak man was killed early Wednesday in an apparent head-on drunken driving collision in Placer County.
Gabriel Rodriguez, 53, died following the crash in the Penryn area, according to the Placer County Coroner’s Office.
Andrey Yushchuk of Lincoln was taken by air ambulance to Sutter Roseville Medical Center where he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, CHP Officer David Martinez said in a press release. Yushchuk, 43, was listed in critical condition Wednesday afternoon, a hospital official said.  ….MORE

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — (Nov. 15, 2012) — The driver in a fatal vehicle crash on Hedgesville Road in October is accused of driving under the influence when the incident occurred, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.
A warrant issued Tuesday charges Timothy Lee Kegarise, 32, of Hagerstown, with one felony count of driving under the influence in the Oct. 11 death of his brother, Thomas L. Kegarise, according to court records. ….MORE
