Maryland: Boozing Bryan Kafka hit and ran and stuck in traffic; admits he’s insane but still drives

Maryland State Police report that a DUI driver who struck a car carrying a pregnant woman and then fled the scene on I-95 in Harford County last night was not counting on emergency road repair up ahead that stopped traffic and included a state trooper working a special assignment at the location.

The suspect is identified as Bryan C. Kafka, 25, of 9878 Edisto Way, Middle River, Md.

Troopers found Willie was the driver and only occupant on the bus. They immediately observed indications the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Further investigation led to her arrest for DUI. Troopers found four empty, full and partially full containers of beer and liquor on the bus.

the suspect Chamle did not stop and turned eastbound on Mt. Vista Drive where he hit several fences and collided with an unoccupied parked vehicle. The suspect was arrested and transported to a local area hospital and subsequently booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.

South Carolina: Richland County Dep. Allison Ricard charged with DUI

Sheriff Leon Lott stated that Ricard, a Richland County Sheriff’s Deputy was suspended immediately without pay until further notice. The Sheriff added that Ricard was off duty and in her personal vehicle at the time of this incident. Ricard was transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
