Delaware: America’s worst – Judge M. Jane Brady and prosecutor Christopher Hutchison give Garrett Cordrey 18 months in jail for DUI fatal crash

In one of the most egregious examples of weak prosecutors and liberal out-of-touch judges, a Delaware man was sentenced to jail for eighteen months for killing Maryland woman as he drove while intoxicated. The sentence Garrett M. Cordrey received was about the same sentence as a person charged with a misdemeanor theft rap.

The Maryland crash happened just over a month after Monacelli was stopped in Montgomery County, Pa. with a blood-alcohol level of .19 (more the twice the legal limit for driving) and Xanax in his system.

California: Desirae Crystal Crittenden killed by DUI driver

A total of five people — three females and two males — were initially said to be injured, some critically, according to a desk officer with LAPD’s Valley Traffic Division. One of the female victims was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
