Louisiana: Wrong-Way Driver Carl Lee Bryant Killed, Impairment Considered a Factor

He was not wearing a seat belt, is suspected of being impaired, and was operating his vehicle the wrong way on the road.

A breath test indicated Williams was over the legal limit for alcohol. Williams was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Williams was charged with vehicular homicide as well as improper lane usage and was booked into the Terrebonne Parish Correctional Center.
