Stephen Phillips DUI by Palm Desert Police on 120215

According to Sgt. Chris Willison of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, on Wednesday, December 02, 2015, at 8:02 P.M., officers from the Palm Desert Police Department responded to a non-injury, two-vehicle traffic collision on Portola Avenue and Haystack Road in Palm Desert.  The investigation revealed a black Honda Accord sedan and a white Ford F-150 collided in the intersection of Portola Avenue and Haystack Road.  No injuries were sustained as a result of this traffic collision.

The driver of the Honda Accord was identified as Stephen Phillips, age 37 of Palm Desert.  Phillips was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/and or drugs.  Phillips was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation prior to being booked into the Riverside County jail in Indio.
