Riverside County Sheriff’s Department DUI arrest reports
On Thursday, September 3, 2015, the San Jacinto Police Department conducted a DUI warrant sweep to locate individuals with outstanding warrants for driving under the influence. The sweep took place throughout the city of San Jacinto, and resulted in the arrest of 5 people for outstanding DUI related warrants.

Thomas Barnes, 23 years old, was arrested for a driving under the influence warrant, $20,000.00 bail

Ruben Rojas, 26 years old, was arrested for a driving under the influence warrant with a failure to appear, $5,000.00 bail

Andrew Sanchez, 53 years old, was arrested for a driving under the influence warrant with multiple failures to appear, $20,000.00 bail

Raleigh Ugalde, 24 years old, was arrested for a driving under the influence warrant with a failure to appear, $7,500.00 bail

Shayla Warford Johnson, 29 years old, was arrested for a driving under the influence warrant, $5,0000.00 bail
A total of 36 warrants were investigated, and many were updated to include new addresses for future service attempts.
The San Jacinto Police Department takes the enforcement of driving under the influence seriously. The San Jacinto Police Department would like to encourage you not to drink and drive, to designate a sober driver, and to report suspected DUI drivers by calling 911.
Funding for this warrant sweep was provided to the San Jacinto Police Department by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, reminding everyone to ‘Report Drunk Driver – Call 9-1-1’.
