Police say that on Friday, October 13, 2017, after several month investigations, Battle Ground police officers served a warrant and made three drug-related arrests at a residence located at 1908 SW 6th Street in Battle Ground.
“Lafourche Parish has been a leader in DWI enforcement in Louisiana for many years, and this latest effort shows we are not slowing down,” said Sheriff Webre.
The Trooper’s investigation at the scene revealed that Christina K. Hearn, age 26, of Laguna Niguel, CA, was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs
The driver of the Ford Explorer, 68-year old Robert James, and his passenger, 67-year-old Barbara James, both residents of Grand Ronde, were transported to a Lincoln City area hospital with minor injuries.
Keller was charged with Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, and Williams was arrested after she was found to have a warrant for probation violation. Gaubert’s passenger, Amanda Felarise (age 34) of Larose, was charged with Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The driver, identified as a 44-year-old Hurricane, West Virginia, woman, was found uninjured from the crash but unconscious from a suspected heroin overdose, with a recent injection site on her right wrist,
