South Windsor Police Department DWI arrests:

Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol:

On Saturday, October 22, 2016, South Windsor Police arrested Elaine Condon, age 48, of 57 Danny Trail, Vernon, CT on an arrest warrant. She was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane. Condon was later released on $10,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on November 3rd.
Condon’s charge stems from a July 2016 incident in which she was stopped for motor vehicle violations on Ellington Road at 5:30 a.m.

Officers suspected she was under the influence of alcohol and during processing she became ill and was transported to a hospital. Officers later obtained medical records via search warrant and the records indicated Condon had an elevated blood alcohol level. An arrest warrant was later obtained for Condon and was served Saturday.
