A Shrub Oak woman, who was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at her home last year, is due in court to answer driving while intoxicated charges.
Michelle Mace, 34, crashed her car into a utility pole right outside the Yorktown police station on Route 202 at approximately 10:30 p.m. last Tuesday. Officer William Olli and Detective Patsy Perrotto responded to the scene when they allegedly saw her fleeing on foot.
