ATLANTA GA. -2013-09-20 —A 24-year-old is charged in 3-vehicle crash on east Ponce De Leon Avenue that left a motorcyclist dead Friday morning.
Kevin Lach faces charges of DUI, failure to maintain a lane and first-degree vehicular homicide, according to DeKalb County police. Traveling west on East Ponce, Lach crossed the center line and struck the motorcycle head-on.
