Idaho: State Police snag Byron K. Foster for DUI and felony possession of narcotics

According to the Idaho State Police on January 28, 2013 at 10:46 pm the Idaho State Police initiated a traffic stop on Byron K. Foster, 49, for a traffic offense near Old Main Street in Julieatta, Latah County. Foster was subsequently arrested for felony DUI, felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, felony possession of a schedule II narcotic, misdemeanor possession of a schedule II substance, possession of paraphernalia, open alcoholic container and driving without privileges. Foster was incarcerated at the Latah County Jail.  $561 dollars was also seized by the Latah County Sheriffs Office.
