Cherokee County Kansas Sheriff’s Department reports the following person are incarcerated in the Jail on DWI/DUI charges:
Billy Bryant, arrested on 10/23/2010 sentenced to 90 days
Tony Helms, arrested 1/14/2011 held pending trial on $3500 bond
Derrick Thompson, arrested 1/10/2011 held pending trial on $5,000 bond
