Whitesville Man Arrested in Ohio County

(Henderson, KY)  August 16, 2015 – According to the Kentucky State Police, on August 15th, 2015 at approximately 8:50 PM Kentucky State Police responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver traveling on KY54 in the community of Whitesville in Daviess County.

Troopers made contact with the operator, identified as Michael Clark of Whitesville, KY, who was operating a Silver 1994 Mazda Truck in the 5700 Block of Herbert Road in Ohio County that matched the description of the possible intoxicated driver complaint. During the course of the investigation at the scene it was determined that Clark was in possession of narcotics, and drug paraphernalia. Clark was placed under arrest without incident, transported, and lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center and charged with of Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Meth), Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess.
