Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack DUI Arrests 4/2/16 to 4/8/16:

Apolonio Feliciano Fortunato,  39, of 1710 Wilson Lane,  Salisbury, Md.
Anthony Joseph Neal,  19,  of 5006 EDGEWOOD RD, College Park, MD. (possession of drugs – not marijuana) by Trooper C. Riden.
Miguel Patricio Cuxchay,  41,  Silver Spring, MD
Thomas Gary Butts,  21, of 1711 Emerson Ave. Salisbury, Md.
Tenille PUAQUATIA Williams,  40, of 7184 WHITE RICHARDSON RD., Pittsville, MD (possession of drugs, not marijuana) by Trooper J. Wilkins. DUI arrest on April 3, at 2:04 am by Trooper B. Teves.  Williams was operating a 2016 Ford with Delaware tags XP342506. Williams was charged with nine traffic citations including the DUI.
On April 6, 2016, at 10:45 pm, Williams was once again arrested for DUI, this time by Maryland State Trooper J. Wilkins.  In spite of being arrested twice in a week for driving while impaired by drugs and or alcohol, a Maryland District Court Commissioner released her from jail to make another stab at killing an innocent victim.
On March 1, 2016, Williams was charged with four drug criminal charges by Maryland State Trooper C. Riden. She was jailed and spun through the revolving door on the same day after a District Court Commissioner let her fly the coop.
On Jan. 3, 2016, Williams was arrested on seven drug charges by Maryland State Trooper J. Riggs. On March 15, 2016, the Wicomico County States Attorney dropped all the charges.  The States Attorney answers to no one as why he would drop the charges. In some cases, dropping the charges clears the way for the prosecutor to later bring an indictment or may be allowing the defendant to work the charges off by flipping on drug dealers. In any event, those charges disappeared and let a dangerous driver continue to haunt Maryland highways. Williams is currently on probation until October of 2016 for a drug conviction in 2015 in Wicomico County, Md.
