New York: Bad driving, bad breath and fleeing scene of DWI crash makes Dione T. Psorakis a bad girl under arrest

New York State Police report that on April 17, 2017, Troopers arrested Dione T. Psorakis, 47, of Lockport, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, leaving the scene of two property damage auto accidents, failure to keep right and operating with no head lamps.

Troopers responded to a report of a sick or intoxicated driver traveling eastbound on SR-93 in the Town of Lockport that had just struck two motor vehicles.  Troopers located the suspect vehicle on Royalton Center Road in the Town of Royalton a short time later.  The operator was identified as Psorakis.  A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was emanating from her breath during the interview.  Psorakis was placed under arrest after she failed field sobriety tests.   Psorakis was transported to SP Lockport for processing where she refused to consent to a breath test.

Psorakis was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court where she was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2000.00 cash bail. She is due to reappear in court at a later date.
