New York: State Police report DWI arrest of Antwan Henry with four kids in his vehicle – Daddy of the Year!

New York State Police reports that on October 14, 2016, the New York State Police in Latham arrested Antwan Henry, 33, of Rensselaer for Felony DWI-Leandra’s law. Henry was stopped for speeding on State Route 910F in the Town of Guilderland. As the trooper was conducting his investigation, Henry attempted to flee but was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

Henry was transported to SP Latham and processed for Felony DWI-Leandra’s law due to the fact he had 4 children under the age of 16 in the vehicle, as well as Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment 2nd, and numerous VTL violations.

He was arraigned in Guilderland Town court and was remanded to Albany County Jail and is to reappear in court on October 20, 2016, at 5:30 PM.
