New York State Police Troopers arrest John Moon for DWI

On March 22, 2017, Troopers arrested John Moon, 25 of Batavia, NY for Driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic laws.

On March 22, 2017, at 10:00 PM Troopers performed a vehicle and Traffic stop on West Main Road in the Town of Batavia. During the investigation, Moon was found to be under the influence of alcohol and failed the field sobriety tests. Moon was transported to SP-Batavia and Processed. Moon gave a breath test resulting in a .17%. Moon was released on given tickets to return to the Town of Batavia in April 2017.

On March 22nd, 2017, the New York State Police arrested Terence Sweeney, 29, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated.

Sweeney was pulled over on Route 394 in Kennedy for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Sweeney was placed under arrest. Sweeney was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .09.

Sweeney was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court and released. Sweeney is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court next month to answer the charge.
