Lyons —The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents between Dec. 17 and Dec. 19, 2011:
Dec. 17, 7:34 p.m.: Scott Schreiber, 23, of Ontario, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Ontario Center Road. Deputies say Schreiber failed to stop at the four-way stop at the intersection of Ontario Center and Ridge roads. An investigation showed he was operating the vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.17. Schreiber was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign, DWI and driving with a BAC at or above 0.08. He was released on the tickets, and will appear in the Ontario Town Court at a late date to answer the charges. ….MORE
