Kentucky: Jesse Bennett charged with murder and dui in death of Taylor Lainhart; boozing driver hit motorcycle

As a result of the initial investigation, Jesse Bennett was arrested and charged with Murder, Assault 2nd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under in Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st Degree (Aggravated), and Open Alcoholic Beverage in Motor Vehicle. He is lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.
