Rhode Island: State Police arrested Joel Norman for DUI deaths of Tiffany Sical and Bryan Rodriguez-Solis – According to the Rhode Island State Police, at 1:32 AM, Sunday, April 5, 2015, Troopers arrested Joel Norman, age 24, of 15 Arkwright, Webster, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and or Drugs B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) D.U.I.- Death Resulting, 3.) D.U.I. – Death Resulting, 4.) Driving to Endanger – Resulting in Death, 5.) Driving to Endanger – Resulting in Death.
Rhode Island: State Police report DUI arrests for April 4, 2015; Carol Salgado DUI with 2 kids in car
Salgado’s five and three year old sons were in the rear seat and were improperly restrained. Salgado failed a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests at the scene. She was placed under arrest and transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she refused to submit to a Breath Test.
