DWI HIT PARADE- Coast to Coast – 13th Year

Deputy William Hyduchak has worked at the Lackawanna County Courthouse for the sheriff’s department for nine years. On Thursday afternoon, he answered to criminal charges here.

He’s accused of DUI, assault, and making terroristic threats after that alleged road rage incident last month

The following persons were charged with DWI / DUI by the Maryland State Police troopers assigned to the Prince Frederick Barrack:

Dyer was traveling north on U.S. Highway 411 South when he began passing vehicles at a high rate of speed in the continuous turn lane. He lost control of his vehicle and drifted into the southbound lane and struck Sparks, who was traveling south. That impact caused Dyer’s vehicle to rotate counter clock-wise and into the path of Walker’s vehicle

Further investigation revealed that the driver of the pickup truck was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage at the time of the collision.
The pedestrian, Earnest McGlee Slone, 81, of Santa Rosa had been transported to an area hospital by ambulance prior to officers’ arrival at the scene, however he succumbed to injuries from the collision at the hospital.
