MYRTLE BEACH — An Horry County grand jury indicted an 18-year-old Conway man on felony driving under the influence charges in connection with a fatal crash on U.S. 17 near Surfside Beach, according to court records.
Jordy Wayne Calhoun, 18, of Conway was indicted on charges of felony DUI with death results and felony DUI with great bodily injury in the crash that occurred Sept. 22 on U.S. 17 Business near Pirateland Campground, according to indictments released Friday.
