On October 5, 2016, at approximately 7:54pm, Troopers arrested Nicholas G. Boitschenko, 37 of Machias NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
New York: State Police report DWI arrest of Antwan Henry with four kids in his vehicle – Daddy of the Year!
Henry was transported to SP Latham and processed for Felony DWI-Leandra’s law due to the fact he had 4 children under the age of 16 in the vehicle, as well as Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment 2nd, and numerous VTL violations.
