JOPLIN, Mo. — The Sparta, Missouri man accused of driving drunk and killing his son in a crash has been arrested for a second time in a week.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested John C. Clark over the weekend in Jasper County for an outstanding warrant for nonpayment of child support.
Last week, troopers say Clark was driving drunk in Christian County when he crashed into two other cars, killing his 3-year-old son Kohen. ….MORE

EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Enforcement Operation Conducted In Monroe And Ralls Counties
Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces the results of a DWI saturation conducted in Monroe and Ralls counties
on April 30, 2011. During the four-hour enforcement operation, which began at 10:00 p.m. on April 30, 2011, and concluded at 2:00 a.m. on May 1, 2011,  officers focused their attention on intoxicated drivers, excessive speed, and other traffic violations that cause traffic crashes. As a result of the enforcement operations, four officers stopped 21 vehicles, made 19 arrests, and issued 24 warnings.
The following is a list of enforcement contacts made during the operation:

5– Arrests for driving while intoxicated
4–Summonses for speed
2–Summonses for careless driving
2–Summonses for seat belt violations
1–Summons for an insurance violation
2–Arrests for person under 21 years of age possessing alcoholic beverages
1–Arrest for a misdemeanor drug violation
2–Arrests for misdemeanor criminal offenses

Captain Wilt would like to encourage motorists to take driving seriously and obey all traffic laws. Captain Wilt stated, “Driving a vehicle is
a full-time job. Make sure to abide by the speed limit, ensure that all occupants of your vehicle are properly restrained, and if drinking alcohol is a
