Kansas: Jefferson Deputy David Schmitt busted twice in a month, once in Iowa for domestic violence and once in Kansas for DUI – there are only 48 more states to go!
The suspected crimes are related to an April 13, 2016, domestic violence incident, and other alleged conduct while Schmitt was released on bond following his initial arrest on April 15, 2016.

Heitshusen again refused to take a breath test and was taken to the Polk County Jail, authorities said.
As for Wheater, cops say he seemed unsteady on his feet and fumbled looking for his license, registration and insurance, according to police reports. He failed several field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed a .125 percent blood alcohol level
