California: Hell on Wheels! Terry Smith DUI, crashed his truck into a mobile home!

Callers described that a truck had collided into a mobile home. At the conclusion of this investigation, it was determined that Terry Smith, 55 of Rancho Mirage, was intoxicated at the time of this collision. Smith was arrested and booked into the Riverside County Jail for driving under the influence.

California: Pedro Favares Jr charged with DUI into the rear-end of a Nissan

According to Sgt. Jeremy White on Tuesday, August 19th, 2014, about 8:53 PM, deputies from the Rancho Mirage Police Department responded to a report of a multiple-vehicle traffic collision on Ramon Road, east of Da Vall Drive in Rancho Mirage.

The investigation determined the driver of a black Nissan Versa, Pedro Favares Jr., 22 years old of Cathedral City, rear-ended a red Nissan 300ZX in the eastbound lanes of Ramon Road. Favares was found to be driving under the influence and was subsequently arrested. Favares was booked at the Riverside County jail in Indio.

California: Scott Charles Hampton charged with hit and run DUI as he bid adios to wreckage

The driver of the pick-up was identified as Scott Charles Hampton, age 56 of Palm Desert, who was determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. No one was injured as a result of the collision and the roadway remained open during the investigation. Hampton was arrested and booked into the jail located in the city of Indio for suspicion of driving under the influence. Alcohol was determined to be a factor in the collision.
