California: Olaf Christian Weiss charged with DUI after flipping his Honda

Monterroso and a 21 year old male passenger in the Mazda pickup sustained moderate injuries and were transported to a local hospital. PSPD had probable cause to believe that Monterroso was driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage at the time of the collision.

The driver of the Mitsubishi, identified as Garo Jean Kassabian, 47 years old of Glendale Ca., was evaluated and placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/ and or drugs.

The investigation determined the driver, Daniel Fritch, age 46 of Lake Elsinore, was driving along Lakeshore Drive, when he lost control of his vehicle. His vehicle struck a guard rail, rolled down an embankment and came to rest on its wheels. Fritch and a female adult passenger were transported to a local hospital where they were being treated for apparent non-life-threatening injuries
