The Delaware State Police released the names of the operator hit by William T German as Jacquelyn Scott-Crothers and the passenger that died in the fatal crash east of Bear, as John Crothers.
Police say the vehicle collided with two trees on the passenger side. This caused extensive damage to the vehicle and caused Clute, the passenger, to be ejected.
A breath test indicated Williams was over the legal limit for alcohol. Williams was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Williams was charged with vehicular homicide as well as improper lane usage and was booked into the Terrebonne Parish Correctional Center.

Siwakoti, 21 years old, failed to stop at a red light at the intersection and struck the victim’s vehicle while traveling EB on SR 518. The victim (driver), a 42-year-old female from Burien, died at the scene.
