Delaware: State Police say William T. German will be charged with DUI homicide for killing John Crothers on US 40 in highway mayhem

The Delaware State Police released the names of the operator hit by William T German as Jacquelyn Scott-Crothers and the passenger that died in the fatal crash east of Bear, as John Crothers.

Police say the vehicle collided with two trees on the passenger side. This caused extensive damage to the vehicle and caused Clute, the passenger, to be ejected.
