HOUSTON –- A man was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a crash that left a Houston Fire Department ambulance on its side, police said. The crash happened on Bellaire at Cook around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police said a Chevrolet Suburban was traveling southbound when its driver ran a red light and broadsided an ambulance. The ambulance ….MORE
