Tina Azzinaro faces DUI charge

Vermont State Police report that on Nov. 11, 2017, at about 11 pm, Vermont State Police Trooper Tyler Noyes conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tina K. Azzinaro, 19, of Westerly, Rhode Island, on VT Route 103, in the Town of Cavendish (Windsor County) VT, for a minor traffic violation.  During the stop Azzinaro showed signs of impairment.

Azzinaro was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Ludlow Police Department for processing.  Azzinaro was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on November 28, 2017, at 08:00 to answer to the above charge.

Azzinaro will have a court hearing on Nov. 28, 2017, at 8 am in Windsor County Superior Court.
