Booze ended Frizzell’s Cruise When Driver Smashed into Tree

Washington State Patrol of the Marysville Barrack, reports that Tauna J. Frizzell, 34, of La Conner, Wa., was the operator of a 1996 Chevy Blazer that was totaled when it left the roadway on Colony Road, seven miles north of Burlington, Washington, and hit a tree.  Frizzell was injured and taken to Skagit Valley Hospital and her passenger, Kristen R. Stallings-Sande, 36, of Sedro was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. The crash took place at 7:12 pm on Oct. 15, 2016, according to Trooper R. Thomas.

Charges of vehicular assault against Frizzell in the crash which police report was alcohol involved, are pending.
