The Louisiana State Police arrested a man early Saturday morning and charged him with 5th offense DWI and speeding.
According to their report, a trooper clocked a vehicle going 69 in a 45mph zone on Siegen Lane around 3:45 Saturday morning.
The driver, John Day, 11031 Stanely Aubin Ln in Baton Rouge, failed a field sobriety test that was administered by the investigating Trooper. Day was then arrested and transported to a nearby station where he refused the breathalyzer test. …..MORE
