FAIRBANKS — About two dozen felony DUI offenders walked one by one from the back of the gallery toward the defendant’s table. They talked to the judge for a few minutes, blew into a handheld breathalizer and then returned to their seats. The rest of the defendants, plus a prosecutor, public defender and several others, clapped after each turn.
