BULLHEAD CITY — A Fort Mohave man is dead and a Bullhead City woman is facing felony charges in connection with a fatal traffic accident late Sunday night.

Darryl James Tuttle, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene around 10:50 p.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of Highway 95 after his motorcycle collided with  Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driven by 23-year-old Page Nichole Carleton.

Carleton was taken from the scene for a blood draw after the accident, then booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman on suspicion of manslaughter, second-degree murder, and driving under the influence. Police did not specify what substance or substances believed to be in Carleton’s system at the time of the crash.   MORE

Darryl James Tuttle killed by DUI driver was arrested for sharing a racy photo of his estranged wife in Mohave County Ariz.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Darryl James Tuttle, 44, of Mohave Valley, early Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, for unlawful distribution of images/nudity per domestic violence, a felony. Approximately 4:32 p.m., Deputies responded to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Substation in Mohave Valley regarding a complaint.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 36-year-old female victim. The victim said that she and her husband, Tuttle, are separated. The victim reported that Tuttle has been sending her threatening text messages and he electronically shared a partially nude photo of her. Deputies confirmed the text messages and photo shared electronically. Deputies contacted Tuttle at a residence in the 1800 block of E Bear Creek Way.
During conversations with Tuttle, he admitted to sharing the photo of his wife. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
