OTAY MESA, Calif. — Authorities have identified two 5-year-old girls who died when a minivan driven by a suspected drunken driver plunged into a San Diego County reservoir.
The county medical examiner’s office says they’re Giuliana Figueroa of La Mesa and Lesette Hernandez Silva of Chula Vista.
