SAN FRANCISCO (Dec. 25, 2012) —  A suspected drunken driver, who allegedly ran into several pedestrians at the Twin Peaks lookout point on Thursday night, killing one, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, a district attorney’s office spokesman said Monday.
Gina Eunice, 23, was charged Monday with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, two counts of DUI causing injury, and one count of hit-and-run resulting in death, all felonies, district attorney’s spokesman Alex Bastian said.
