California: Highway Patrol snares speeder for his 5th DUI; Hector Pulido-Gonzalez said he was on way to pick us child

California Highway Patrol SUVSpeeder Arrested For 5th DUI

Rohnert Park, Calif . — CHP reports that on Monday at approximately 9:15 p.m. a CHP officer on patrol on southbound 101 near River Rd. 101 observed a Dodge Charger enter the freeway at a high rate of speed. As the vehicle accelerated away the officer confirmed its speed at over 80 mph and attempted to make an enforcement stop.

The vehicle exited at Hopper Ave. and stopped in a parking lot. The driver was identified as Hector Pulido-Gonzalez, 27, of Windsor, who stated that he was on his way to pick up his daughter.

The officer noted signs of intoxication and began a DUI evaluation. Pulido-Gonzalez failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

A records check revealed that Pulido-Gonzalez has been arrested for DUI 4 times in the past 7 years, the last of which he is still on probation for. His license has been suspended/revoked 11 times. Pulido-Gonzalez was booked on charges of DUI, driving while suspended, violation of probation, and faces felony charges of having a 5th DUI within 10 years.

Hells Angels Member Arrested with Gun and DUI

Rohnert Park, Calif . 05/20/2015 — CHP reports that on Thursday at approximately 7:15 p.m, a CHP officer was on patrol on southbound 101 at SR 116 in Cotati when his attention was drawn to a group of motorcycles travelling at a high rate of speed.

The officer noted that there was a Ford F150 following the group at approximately 80 mph and tailgating the motorcycles. The officer made a stop on the truck for the two moving violations. The officer contacted the driver and passengers who were all identified as members of the Sonoma County chapter of the Hells Angles.

The driver, Trenton Miles, 26, of Santa Rosa, was found to be on probation for DUI. While writing Miles a citation the officer noted that he removed his motorcycle vest and placed it on the rear seat. It was determined that the truck was a rental and that none of the occupants were authorized to driver it.

The officer contacted the rental agency who advised him to tow it for them. A back up officer arrived on scene and the occupants were removed from the truck. While inventorying the truck the officer located a loaded semi-automatic pistol in the vest that the driver had removed. Miles was arrested and booked on multiple charges including possession of a loaded firearm as a gang member, violation of probation, possession of marijuana, gang and weapons violations.

Two repeat DUI offenders were also arrested over night.

05/20/2015 – At 8:15 p.m. Thursday an officer on patrol on Guerneville Rd. at Willowside Rd. when he observed a Ford Expedition make a high speed left turn from Willowside to eastbound Guerneville which caused it to fishtail. The officer began to follow the Ford which was driving at speeds of 75 to 85 mph.

The officer made an enforcement stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver who was identified as Rogelio Rosales, 21, of Santa Rosa. The officer noted signs of intoxication and began a DUI evaluation. Rosales was found to be on probation for a previous DUI conviction. He was subsequently arrested and booked on charges of DUI, violation of probation, and being under the influence while on DUI probation.

At 1:50 a.m. Friday officers responded to a call of a vehicle stuck in a ditch on Todd Rd. near Llano partially blocking the lane. Upon arrival they found a male in a truck trying to pull a Dodge Stratus out of a ditch. A female exited the drivers seat of the Dodge and was identified as Jamie Gugliemini, 27, of Sebastopol. Gugliemini displayed signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests. Gugliemini was found to be on probation for a DUI conviction last June. She was booked on charges of DUI and violation of probation.
