11/15/2015 Â —- A Sacramento man was charged with vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI after a two-car collision on Highway 99 early Saturday killed a passenger in the other car.
The California Highway Patrol said Jian Saeteurn, 34, was arrested at a residence after fleeing the scene on foot. Officer Michael Bradley, a CHP spokesman, was unable to provide any details on where Saeteurn was caught.
The incident took place at 3:50 a.m. in the northbound lane of 99 south of Stockton Boulevard. Officers said Saeteurn’s Infinity rear-ended a Dodge driven by Rajendra Prasad, 58, of Elk Grove…. Read more

Margaret Prasad, 49, of Cameron Park, was killed in the crash. Her identity was released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office Saturday afternoon.
