California: Lakeport Police Chief Brad Rasmussen reports on DUI arrests during February and March 2014

Earlier this year we advised we would be posting on our social media the names, ages and circumstances (patrol stop, citizen report or traffic accident) of each DUI incident we handle during the year)
Here are the February 2014 cases:
February 1, 2014 – Carl Thomas Lagaret, 25, of Clearlake Oaks, CA was arrested for DUI after a patrol stop….
February 2, 2014 – Octavio Hernandez Cortes, 24, of Lakeport, CA was arrested for DUI after causing a collision and fleeing the scene.  Located at residence and arrested by Officer.
February 10, 2014 – Kelly Christina Horst, 53, of Kelseyville, CA was arrested for DUI after being reported by a citizen when she drove to work intoxicated.
February 21, 2014 – Joshua Michael Jolliffe, 2,3 of Sacramento, CA was arrested for DUI after a patrol stop.

03-04-2014 – Eugene Harding, 41, of Lakeport, CA was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a patrol stop. (Photo 1)

03-16-2014 – Alexander Martinez, 26, of Oceanside, CA was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after causing a collision and fleeing the scene.  Located and apprehended by officer a short distance away. (Photo 2)

03-19-2014 – Amber Jean Saldana, 35, of Lucerne, CA was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after causing a collision and fleeing the scene.  Located and apprehended by officer with assistance of citizen witness. (Photo 3)

03-21-2014 – Anthony Michael Lippert, 23, of Lakeport, CA was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a patrol stop.  Refused chemical test and officers obtained a search warrant for blood sample. (Photo 4)
