A 26-year-old Coachella man was suspected of drunken driving and crashing his truck into another vehicle in Palm Desert, and was released on bail today.

The crash was reported at 8:10 p.m. Thursday at Washington Street and Fred Waring Drive. Deputies found a Mazda truck had rear-ended a Volvo which had stopped at the traffic light in the southbound left turn lane on Washington, sheriff’s Sgt. Ken Black ….MORE
