A Mill Valley man arrested for three DUIs in three days has pleaded guilty to all of them.
Timothy James McGowan, 50, admitted Monday to driving drunk on May 18 in San Rafael and May 20 in Novato, said Deputy District Attorney Shawn Spaulding. Last week, he pleaded guilty to a DUI in San Francisco.
McGowan was sentenced to 150 days in jail for the case in San Francisco, where he had a prior DUI conviction in 2009. He faces up to two more years in jail for the Marin cases when he is sentenced Friday by Judge Kelly Simmons, said David Vogelstein, one of his attorneys…..MORE
