REDDING, Calif. — A Redding teenager was arrested for DUI early Thursday after his car caught fire at Mercy Medical Center.
Firefighters were called to to the garage at Mercy Medical Center just after 2 a.m. Thursday. A Toyota Camry was fully engulfed on the third level of the parking garage.
Officers found Jacoby Oates, 19 of Redding, standing near the vehicle. Police said he made conflicting statements about what caused the vehicle fire. ….MORE
